About Shawn
Shawn Brewer is a stop motion animator based out of Portland, Maine. His work aims to bring an enthusiastic and modern outlook to media production focused on a viewer experience that is fun, creative and thought provoking.
Shawn got his start working as a creative at Docksquare Studio in Kennebunkport, Maine. Docksquare Studio is a small full service creative studio specializing in stop motion for social media and beyond.
Shawn Is also co-founder of Animation Planet Film Festival, A low barrier film festival celebrating animators from Northern New England (Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont)

I've honed my skills in the process of video creation for various formats. My experience includes various proficiencies in things such as: commercial photography, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightrooms, Dragonframe, Final Cut Pro X, Storyboarding, Stop motion, paper cut animation, claymation, set design, and much more.
